Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School Volunteer at the Park
Thank you the Lincoln-Sudbury Regional High School (LSRHS) class of 2022 for a very successful Senior Day of Service. Over 80 seniors arrived on the morning of June 1 along with group leaders and park volunteers. The groups accomplished an amazing amount including clearing trails, planting trees, removing invasive vines and plants, tidying up the landscape around the Ranger Station, sweeping paths in the Buttrick Gardens, weeding the Hartwell herb garden, moving the sheep to new grazing grounds, and assisting with a new chicken coop.
The LSRHS Senior Day of Service is an annual event; this year hundreds of seniors participated at locations in and around Lincoln and Sudbury including Minute Man National Historical Park.
